Digital Delivery Policy

After successful payment verification, the customer receives an Order ID and access to order tracking. Personalised work may then begin.

When the surprise is complete and published, final delivery is provided through an unlisted private share link and a downloadable QR code. Delivery notifications may also be sent to the registered email address.

• Standard pages remain hosted for 3 months from the time the finished page is published.
• Premium pages remain hosted for 6 months from the time the finished page is published.
• Custom delivery timelines and hosting periods are agreed separately before the work begins.

Delivery depends on accurate contact information and complete, valid customer content. Missing details, unsupported or unusable files, complex correction requests, or content-policy concerns may delay completion.

Because each order is personalised, no universal exact delivery time is promised. Any timing agreed for Custom work depends on its confirmed scope.

Check your email spam or junk folder and confirm that you used the correct email address. You can also use the Order ID on the Track Order page.
