Terms and Conditions

SurpriseVerse creates personalised, digitally delivered surprise webpages. A purchase provides the finished hosted experience, an unlisted share link, and a downloadable QR code. It does not transfer source code, template ownership, or ownership of the SurpriseVerse website.

You must be able to enter into a valid transaction and provide accurate, complete information. Review names, dates, spelling, messages, contact details, and uploaded content before submitting. Delivery depends on successful payment and correct customer information.

You retain any rights you hold in material you upload and remain responsible for it. You confirm that you have the permission or other lawful right needed to provide photos, audio, messages, names, and other personal content for the requested use.

You must not submit:

• Illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, exploitative, or fraudulent content.
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Content that violates privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Malware, impersonation, scams, or material intended to harm another person or the service.

We may reject or remove prohibited content, suspend access, or cancel an order. Any refund will be considered under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the circumstances of the order.

• Standard costs ₹199, includes one correction round, and remains hosted for 3 months from publication.
• Premium costs ₹399, includes one correction round, and remains hosted for 6 months from publication.
• Photo and message limits vary by package and experience. Where photos are required, Standard uses exactly 3 and Premium uses exactly 8; some experiences intentionally use fewer or no photos.
• Custom work starts at ₹1,499. Scope, price, delivery, hosting, and up to three revisions are agreed separately unless otherwise stated in the agreed scope.

Requests outside an included correction or agreed Custom scope may affect price or delivery timing.

Work and delivery begin only after successful payment verification. Timing also depends on receiving complete, usable customer information and content.

Delivered links are unlisted, not access-controlled accounts. Anyone who receives or obtains the link may be able to view it, so you are responsible for sharing it carefully.

We aim to keep the service reasonably available, but maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

SurpriseVerse retains its rights in its templates, code, design system, animations, processes, brand assets, and original website material. Your limited right to use and share the delivered experience lasts for its applicable hosting period and does not include resale, copying, reverse engineering, or claiming ownership of the underlying template.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SurpriseVerse is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse of a link, incorrect customer information, unauthorised uploaded content, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for abuse, fraud, illegal content, security, non-payment, or a serious breach of these terms. We may update these terms for service or legal changes, with the latest date shown above.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India.
